I was told there would be nude but turned out to be another sitting pose, clothed.  the canvas board was tough to paint I think I have to start stretching em canvas.

came across one hour tv spot for the landscape master Edgar Payne: the scenic journey on PBS. I couldn't find any repeat showing of recent but it's worth to track it down.

It's been awhile! I  did this painting today. 4 hour session 25 bucks with mltiple breaks but it's under natural light!!!  the model was late which happens to me a lot it seems. wish had more time. or I have to bring smaller canvas next round.

i am very thankful for having friends around me for thinking of me. one of my close friend gave me this book from his travel. such beautiful book.

Had a very long day and came home to this surprise,,,, makes me even more sad because I don't have time to paint these days,,,,,

I think this model was the same as the guy I painted last year with eye glasses and wine bottle,,,, he was reading the whole time and got into position rather quickly. By looking at my two paintings,,, my technique sure have changed ~ @.@

quick one for the night since I couldn't make it to the workshop. sometimes I feel much patience is needed. seems that I am in too much of a hurry for no reason.

would really like to do oils once a week now, but sometimes life gets in the way. i am thankful her skin didnt turn out as green as i thought. her skin is much greener under fluorescent at the workshop.
